Are there any extra fees apart from commission ? +
NO, there are no other extra fees apart from commission on sales to
develop your free website. We also pay for the hosting , domain and secured
server certificate fees. There is an initial $215 setup
fee which is deducted from the commission pay.
Why are you building a free website for me ? +
Many of our clients ask this question over and over again and find it too good to be true. When a basic e-commerce enabled site costs thousands of dollars in development fees how can we do that for free. Our answer is short & straight forward, we simply take a chance on your products and business. Of course every day we get more than 50 signups but we only choose products and businesses that we believe has the potential to generate sales.
What if I already have a e-commerce website ?

We don't have any issues if you already have a running e-commerce enabled website. But we encourage our partners to merge their site with our newly developed site. This will not only let you manage your products and orders through one single management system but will give you a free 24/7 webmaster service, since we manage and maintain all our partner sites.
Multiple sites also result in Account Termination as new customers who initially placed orders on our site go to your other site to place orders. We believe to grow and prosper together , if we are taking such a big step in investing our time and money developing a free website for you we expect to receive the same trust and opportunity from our partners. So far we are extremely happy with the support from all our clients and doing business through one single entity.
How are the payment for the orders processed ? +
All payments are processed through your gateway account, e.g. paypal, authorize.net ..etc. We don't hold or deal with any payments for our clients. However if you don't have a payment gateway account we can process your payment for you and mail you a check for an additional 4.5% .
What if an order is returned ? +
If a paid commission for any order is cancelled or returned it is adjusted with the commission billing for the next month. A charge back copy of the order needs to be faxed or mailed back to us. The status of the order is also changed to void or cancelled.
Can I control the content and looks of the site ?

The look and feel of our partner sites designed by our experienced in-house
designers. Our initial sites are built on our standard platform which we
continue to work and enhance by adding more interactive and user friendly
features. Everything depends on the amount of sale & traffic we generate
from your site.
We can add a 'About us' page with your company profile. If you need to update or
change anything you can contact our tech support and they will address the issue
for you.
Can I add more products in the future ?

YES, you can add as many products as you want our standard database can take up to fifteen thousand products. You can either do it your self or send it to us in a formatted excel sheet format.
How are the sites promoted ? +
All our partner sites are listed in every major search engines and directories both through generic and pay-per-click methods. We also occasionally buy postcard mailing service for our top performed clients.
Can I increase or decrease my offered commission ? +
YES, you can change your commission offering. The new commission will
take effect from the next billing period. Previously paid commission cannot be
adjusted with the new offered commission.
What are the reasons for Account Termination ? +
Most of our Account Termination cases occur due to some of our partners encouraging their customers to order by phone , mail by giving them discounts and other benefits no mentioned in our sites. Partners having their own e-commerce sites also loose their account as customers go their website to order next time since when they receive their order the invoice says their other website address.
